PAYMENTS - Cash, check or credit card payment is required on or before the option dates/deadline. Check payment is subject to 5 days clearing.
PRICE VALIDITY- Package rates are based on per person and good for a minimum of two (2) persons and above. Valid until March 31, 2012 and subject to change without prior notice.
TOUR VOUCHER- Passenger shall be provided a hotel tour voucher in exchange of the payment. All full paid tour arrangements are stated in the voucher.
AIR TICKET- International and domestic tickets are Non-Refundable. Penalties apply on change of departure/return.
CANCELLATION POLICE - A) Tour Packages - Finalized and guaranteed bookings are good as SOLD. Cancellation made 40 days or less prior to check in is subject to 50 percent cancellation fee. While cancellation made 20 days or less is subject to 75 percent cancellation fee. For in house guests who decide to shorten their stay payments for the unused nights shall be non-refundable. Failure to show-up or participate on the tour program will mean forfeiture of payment. (B) Sightseeing Tours - Cancellation made fifteen (15) days or less prior to tour date is subject to 50 percent cancellation fee, ten (10) days or less prior to tour date is subject to 100 percent cancellation fee. Failure to show-ip or participate on tour will mean forfeiture of payment.
CHANGE/REVISIONS - Changes and revisions in the finalized arrangements are subject to penalty fees and should be course through the company. We will not be held responsible to any claims or services made directly with the hotel/resort or airline.
CHECK-IN/OUT TIME - Passenger should comply to hotel’s standard check-in and check-out time. The company will make the effort assisting passengers to request an early check-in or late check-out but subject to hotel/resort approval.
RESPONSIBILITIES - The company reserves the right to make changes in the itinerary whenever it is deemed necessary for the security, comfort and safety of the passengers.
LIABILITY - The company acts only in the capacity of an agent of transportation, sightseeing, and hotel accommodation and assumes no liability for injury, loss/damage, accident, delay or inconvenience caused either by negligence, political unrest or natural disaster. The company is not responsible for the loss or additional expense due to delay or changes in the schedule or other causes.

* Airfare is non-refundable and good for 21 day stay only.
