Looking at Homes With Your Agent

Look at homes with a critical eye – does the floor plan work for you, is the property in good condition, would it be right for your lifestyle? In short, can you imagine your family and yourself living in that house?

Bring a pen and paper, take notes at every home you visit. What do you really want  and not like? Narrow down your choices; always re-visit homes in which you are interested in. See them at different times of the day. Take pictures if you want
